All of our services are undertaken using the Gatesafe schedule. This ensures all the key points are attended to as recommended by GateSafe. Please read the article below outlining the benefits of regular servicing. 

It is recommended that domestic gates are serviced once per year but Commercial gates or multi use gates (including 2 domestic dwellings) are required to have 2 services per year to satisfy the requirements of the HSE.

6 months on from Andys last visit to my premises, in an attempt to resurrect my 26 year old electric steel gate motor, he has once again worked wonders. For years now, my replacement DEA motor has struggled to cope with the sheer size of the huge structure it has to shift. Andy quoted me a price of a suitable new motor earlier in the year, but it was beyond my means, so, he asked me to be patient whilst he might source a used motor. Earlier today, he and his equally friendly, courteous, professional colleague, Dave, arrived mid morning to replace my existing DEA motor with another used DEA monster motor, that which Andy had sourced, stripped down and serviced. The two guys worked constantly without a break in their efforts to install the replacement motor, with multiple modifications required to facilitate this. Within 3 hours, my struggling gate was as good as new. Super silent, smooth and substantial enough to power it. The cost was a third of that of a new one, which was incredible. I have known Andy for two decades, having him attend my premises within that time on no less than four occasions and each visit was as successful as the first. He is the most genuine, honest, truthful and decent person I have ever known. His attitude to customer satisfaction is paramount and he always treats his clients with the utmost care and respect. I cannot recommend both him and his service highly enough and given his 100% feedback on Google, suggests that I am not alone in that thought.
